Cumberland Valley Resource Conservation and Development Council: The Kentucky Association of Resource Conservation and Development Councils is a nonprofit association of local citizens joining together for the common good to plan and implement projects that improve the quality of life for the people of the State of Kentucky. Improving the quality of life for all Kentuckians is the key goal of Kentucky RC&Ds. Our projects, developed at the local level, create positive impact upon the communities we serve. The association provides coordination of events and activities of interest to councils and provides a vehicle for technology transfer.

National Head Start Association: The National Head Start Association is a private not-for-profit membership organization dedicated exclusively to meeting the needs of Head Start children and their families. It represents more than 900,000 children, 190,000 staff and 2,500 Head Start programs in the United States. The Association provides support for the entire Head Start community by advocating for policies that strengthen services to Head Start children and their families; by providing extensive training and professional development to Head Start staff; and by developing and disseminating research, information, and resources that enrich Head Start program delivery.
